Join us for a Coach tour to Take a luxury Coach to travel to the 2012 International Quilt Festival for 3 days and 2 nights It's a dream trip for quilters and sewers alike:
~ We will attend Preview night to see the newest fabric, patterns, and notions in the freshly stocked vendor booths!
~ If you have never been to quilt festival this is the premiere international show and the quilts are just fabulous! Thursday, April 12 8 am
Board bus in Erie. Continental BREAKFAST provided on bus

4 pm Arrive Hyatt Regency Riverfront, Cincinnati
(connects to Duke Energy Conventional Center via skywalk)

Friday, April 13
All day on your own at the show; meals on your own
In the evening (exact time to be determined)
We will gather in the hotels massive lobby area for a "What did you find that's cool?"
Share your finds and cool stuff with the group; then use Saturday morning to go buy yours!
Saturday, April 14
Board the Coach noontime for the 5 1/2 hours trip home: fast-food dinner stop in route on your own.
Arrive back in Erie 6:00 ish with great memories and newly inspired!
Hopefully we will gather some ideas for future classes here at the store too!
What's great about this trip is the fact that our hotel connects right to the Convention Center. There's even a food court accessible via the sky walk and 60 restaurants within walking distance for refueling.
And you'll be there for Preview Night--where you get to be the first to see the quilt winners and the first to buy from the fresh and fully loaded booths! Cost are per person & includes 3 days show admission, 2 nights lodging, and transportation (meals are on your own). Choose your trip: Single Room: $499 Double Room: $399

There is limited seating on the coach and there are only a specific number of rooms reserved for us.
Use the link below to go to the event registration page where you will register entirely online and pay by either pay pal or your visa or mastercard.
You will have the opportunity to add a roommate(s) at that time so plan accordingly and get you quilting buddies together so One person in the
room can make all your reservations and pay all at the same time. (Please work out finances with each other in your room so you are registered as a group to get the best rate and assure that you are booked with the correct roommate.... In plain terms, the person registering online for the room will be the pay-er)
